REQUIREMENTS

Doctor applicants

  • Graduate of a university accredited Medical Doctor (MD) and Residency Program with either CCFP or FRCPC designation.
  • Member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), College of Physician and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) or College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC). Other provinces will also be considered.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Supportive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CMPA or equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS

Nurse Practitioner applicants

  • A license in Ontario and ideally at least one other province
  • Confidence in triaging and assisting patients via a telemedicine platform
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills over electronic means (chat, video, phone, email)
  • Excellent computer and technology skills: electronic prescriptions, EMRs, charting

Nice to have

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Clinical experience in Telehealth is preferred though not mandatory
  • Speak multiple languages
  • Experience or specialization in Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Reproductive/Women’s Health or Men’s Health
