FAQ
We are powered by the Ontario Telemedicine Network. To begin, request a secure conversation with one of our doctors. Your virtual visit will be covered by OHIP, just register with your Health Card information and we’ll take it from there. If you don’t have one don’t worry, your visit is still covered. Once your appointment is confirmed a doctor will call you during the window of your reservation or as soon as they’re finished helping the other patients in line.
Our clinicians are happy to see you about a variety of issues and ailments. Whatever you would go to a walk-in clinic for, you can visit Cover Health. These include but are not limited to:
- Cold and/or Flu symptoms
- Eye infection, pinkeye, or styes
- Sick notes
- Medication renewal
- Sore Throat
- Head lice
- Cold sores
- UTIs
- Reproductive Health (Erectile dysfunction, contraceptives, etc)
and more.
We do not treat medical emergencies or prescribe controlled, targeted, narcotic, or addictive substances. If you require urgent care, you should call 911. There are a number of cases where our clinicians will not be able to help online.
Appointments are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis. Higher than normal volume of appointments may increase wait times. If you require urgent care, you should call 911. There are a number of cases where our doctors will not be able to help online.
